Oswego Police Department's Anti-Crime Team arrested a man wanted on three separate warrants who they believed was manufacturing methamphetamines.
Chief Tory DeCaire tells 570 WSYR that the ACT, with help from Criminal Investigation and Patrol Division members, went to the location on Liberty Street and located Shane Nolan. After determining that it likely contained a meth lab, officers got a search warrant and brought in the state's Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team. Their search seized evidence of an inactive meth lab and a small amount of finished meth.
Nolan was charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and Unlawful disposal of meth lab material. Nolan is in custody at Oswego City Police awaiting arraignment.
