Reward Now Offered In Murder Case

A reward is now being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in a Syracuse murder case.

The group known as Crime Stoppers is offering up a 25 hundred dollar reward as police try to track down 24 year old Eric Woody.

He's wanted in the death of Syracuse pizza shop owner Shqair Shqair who was gunned down October 1st at Sabatino's Pizza in the city's Valley neighborhood October first during a robbery attempt.

Anyone with information on Woody's whereabout can call Syracuse Police or the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-866-313-TIPS. They can also download a free app from the organizations as well.

City Police say Woody is a known gang member and has had run-ins with the law before. He's considered armed and dangerous.
